Timeline
No Letters of Intent were received before December 31st, 2009. The Raymond T. Cole Committee is open for individuals to submit Letters of Intent at any time for immediate consideration.
Round Two:

| December 31 | Deadline for receiving Letters of Intent |
| January 15, 2010 | Deadline for Committee to notify applicants that Fund is/is not interested in receiving full Grant Request Application |
| February 15 | Grant Applications due |
| March 2 | Cole Committee makes recommendations to Executive Board |
| March 18 | Cole Committee brings recommendations to general membership |
| March 31 | Deadline for Cole Committee to notify all applicants and to fund those approved |
Round One:
Congratulations!
Round 1 had one proposal that was approved by the Committee. Angie Weiss had her proposal to purchase training DVD's from Democracy for America approved by the membership on November 19th. You can read the Letter of Intent here, and the Final Grant Application here. She made this presentation to the Membership at our November meeting for final approval.
